MOXIBELLA RETURN POLICY
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day refund on ‘unopened’ products and store credit for’opened’ products. However, if there are FREE products offered in your purchase, those products must NOT be opened (only one may be opened/used to receive a store credit). If you use multiple bottles (of the same product) and return them used, you will not be refunded nor receive a store credit.
For all unopened (unused) products, we offer full purchase price refunds within 30-days of purchase. If the product is opened, then we offer a one-time store credit for the purchase price.
If you are not satisfied with our product, simply return the item(s), whether they are used/unused (opened/unopened). Please include the return (send back to us) of the promotional Group-Buying Sale (Free items) Products as well and we will refund your purchase.
Please understand, you will need to pay shipping cost and send back ALL items, including the “FREE” items included in the Group Buying Sale. You cannot send back 1 bottle and keep the “FREE” bottles. If you don’t like our product, then there is no reason for you to use the other two bottles, so please make sure they too are sent back to us, undamaged and unused. If they (the other two free items) have been used or are damaged, you will not be refunded. All bottles including the ‘free’ ones are included in the Group Buying Sale Promotion and need to be sent back to us ‘unused’ to receive a refund or store credit.
I ordered/received the wrong product, should I return it?
If your online order is not as expected, please email us at email@example.com for assistance.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you paid for shipping, and your return is due to an error by Moxibella, we will refund your return shipping costs too.
Please be sure to return the original item purchased, along with any “FREE” products that may have been offered via a sale. The “FREE” items are NOT gifts, they are part of each promotional “Sale” offer. Your return credit (refund) will be for the amount you paid (minus shipping costs), not our full retail sales price.

How do I Return & Exchange an item?
To return or exchange items purchased on www.moxibella.com, please follow these steps:
Option 1: Pay Postage at Time of Shipping
Please follow the simple directions on the back of your packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include the full name and address of the person who placed the order. If available also include the date of order and email address. Pack up your item(s) and select a carrier of your choice. Pay the return postage at the time of shipping and ship to the following address:

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to reach us. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise and paperwork, your return will be processed within 5 business days. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit amount to appear on your monthly statement of your payment method.
